Ok, so I've been reading about tanks... Excuse me if my pics are a bit low on quality, but here goes!

Someone said the D-Base tank is just a carto tank. But the Killer is supposed to work in "just a carto tank".

I've tried Siam Mods caps + pyrex tank, works and looks beautifully, but the caps are way too tight to slip the killer through there. Thank god the caps are not to tight on the pyrex tube so it allows for a smooth setting of the juice flow.

Then I went with the D-Base.

Cons:
-Plastic tank, need to be careful what juice to put in there.
-Caps a re VERY tight on the tank, getting in the way of just popping the base cape to fill the tank the way it is supposed to.

Pros:
-Grip on Killer is about right to fiddle with juice control and adjust or lock the killer in dipper mode.
-Amazing looks

The only tank I found that had added value for the killer set-up was the GV telescopic tank:

Cons:
-Plastic tank, need to be careful what juice to put in there.
-Be careful with the engravings on the base caps, it makes a rough surface that may scratch your MOD while adjusting,

Pros:
-Screw-in bottom cap, allowing your setting of the juice flow to be kept at all times.
-Grip on the killer is perfect to either regulate the juice flow, slide it in closed/dripper mode or tighten the dripper further on the mod.
-Telescopic, killer and tank can be extended for larger capacity.
-It's a matter of taste, but I think it looks amazing on the 69!

All in all I like all setups, I would rather see pyrex options for the GV/D-Base but as far as which tank to use is just a matter of taste and habit...

Hey guys,

I've been using a Killer for about 2 weeks now and I love it soooooooooooooo much I want to order one or two more.

My problem is I haven't had a lot of time to learn recoiling on my previous RBA's. This semester has been extremely busy for me and my mom has been in and out of the hospital. Just no free time even though I spent so much on AGA's, SS mesh, and all that other stuff.

Anyways. Can I buy a replacement everything predone without having to buy a whole new Killer? I see something on Greekvapes site that looks like a precoiled ceramic cup with silica wick and some wire on it but they are sold out.

Does anywhere else have these available? I'm getting more nervous by the day that I'll have to stop using my killer and go back to a Vivi Nova or my Igo'L when the coil wears out.

The vapor production on the coil it came with it just so amazing, I'm absolutely spoiled now and don't want anything else. Will the replacements be just as good? Are they easy enough to install with hours of youtube?

Thanks <3

@dnerve

I ended up ordering the D-Base and external tip and Killer 705 yesterday. I kind of sort of wanted the telescopic tank but the extra cost and more so the diameter just kept me away. I really love the looks of the D-Base so ill just deal with it being annoying to fill.

where did you order all that?

Man, I really want one of these! Just waiting for stock to pull the trigger. Oh, and an ebaron pro.

Has anyone tried the telescope tank made by Greek Vapes?

Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk 2

GreekVapes.eu and houseofmods.co.uk both told me a few days ago 'this week or early next week' GreekVapes was expecting 600 units to come in.

I didn't feel like constantly checking their sites so I just paid the extra 13$ CDN and ordered one here yesterday. http://www.e-smokeireland.eu/product-p/killer.htm

Who knows, maybe cause their prices are high ill get a lower serial number lol. I got my ebaron Pro from GreekVapes about a month ago and it's #934.

damn out of stock
Like I said , GreekVapes told me 600 units either late this week or early next week, so check them out often over the next few days. Hopefully you're on the west coast and can stay up till 2am which is about when their day starts. Seems to be when they email me back is about 2am.

Try here Replacement Ceramic Coils (5 Pack) and they take about 30 seconds to install.

Omg I love you.

Which resistance would you say is the one that came pre-installed from GreekVapes? I want as close as possible/if not the exact same vape I'm getting right now off the one they shipped me.

I'm reading 1.9 on mine, but idk if it has dropped since I got it two weeks ago.

oh tight! thanks for the heads up. hope they restock coils too. Been using the ebaron dripper for the past couple weeks. I must say that thing is soo good. Hoping the killer will be my option for when I go out to clubs and don't want to be carrying a bottle of juice around

Yeah 1.8-2 is the pre installed.

I got the Killer a few days ago and been having a few problems with it in a Prive. The rings are so tight that it's hard to use the juice control.
I'm also finding that no matter how tight I try to close the atomiser section before putting it in the tank, it tends to start to unscrew when I'm trying to unscrew the adapter section to open the juice holes. This leads to all kinds of problems with the resistance jumping all over the place. I wondered about using a piece of Sellotape (Scotch tape to you guys:)) around the join to stop the two atomiser sections from unscrewing - does this seem feasible or would the tape degrade in some way in the juice or otherwise corrupt it?

I don't think that the glue of the tape is suitable for vaping...

The way around is not to tighten the killer in the 510 adapter and push it in with a small gap, I even leave the juice holes partially open to force a bit of juice in the atty chamber. That way there is no way that the top portion will be tighter than the 510 adapter connection.

Hope this makes sense and helps!

My Killer arrived in Canada yesterday so hopefully I have it by the end of the week. My tank that I ordered from GreekVapes seems to be lagging behind though :( I can't seem to find measurements for the Killer anywhere and it's tough in videos sometimes to get a good idea of tank size. Will it fit in my boge f16 carto tank without a drip tip extension or is it shorter than that. I might order a cheap tank that could be here in a day or two if I know how tall the killer is and the tallest tank it will accommodate.

The Killer is 46 - 47mm tall depending on how far open your juice control is. Mine is open all the way and is about 47mm tall. I'm using a ruler while the killer is in my tank so that isn't a precise measurement but in the ball park.

Great , so if you toss a drip tip on it it should fit in an XL carto tank. Thanks a bunch , I've got two Boge tanks laying around so I won't bother buying anything else.
