You all are making me feel bad. I can't seem to get off my rear and all I want to do is sleep!! I thinks it's a hybernation thing.

I can so identify with this EJ....

Ok, ok, I walked the dogs around the block when I got home. It's not a continuance pace for me as it's THEIR walk not mine :) We've been a little lazy lately

And, I bought some salmon fillets the other day and are having that tonight with ceaser salad. I've never tried the fillets so this will be my first time baking them. Hope they turn out good.

You did get some exercise. What would we do without our best friends!!!!!
Love salmon!

Thank you all for your sharing. It is giving me some motivation. I got on the cardio fit a couple of times for probably a couple of minutes each time being all I could manage. I went for two short walks too with the dogs.

My sorta accomplishment: Water-I can not stand to drink water even the flavored kind. I know I need it though, so I started "again" today trying to drink water!

Hey Hey Emma!
The sleep and not wanna do anything could be related to the no longer smoking symptoms. Start with 10 minutes a day or every other day and see if it does anything to motivate you. Another thing you could do is to make the temp a little cooler and then exercise or just plain ole moving around will be what keeps you warm-lol.

I could never get it done with calorie counting, I am impressed Fudgey ;).

It's a pain but it's the only way for me to be able to tell if I am eating to much. I will have everything memorized before to long

.

Oh no! Don't feel bad. You are not alone. I havent done a thing today. There's nothing wrong with doing nothing, or eating chocolate. Lol OK Im guilty. I'm thinking about it, planning how to get moving, then when the knee hurts nothing gets done. But at least its on the mind.

Sorry your knee is hurting :(

Boy, this "thinkin" about getting fit is wearing me out. jumprope.gif

Fairly decent walk for me today; except Toto laid down and took a nap while Misty went ambling around and they still beat me back to the house, so not sure about how decent my walk was!!!!!

On cardio fit a couple of short times......

Great job LGFers!

Oh 2 bottles of water yesterday and on my lst one yet today. No coke since Sun.......

Hi all. Just checking in so I can confess I haven't done much today - but, there is still time. I think telling myself just 5 minutes is a great idea! This morning I opened the door for a walk but dang! it was too cold out for me too. I went to the end of the drive several times for the paper that never showed. brrrr and grrrr

I have the same problem with breakfast - I love it, just not first thing. I've been having yogurt to start the day as it's easy. I'm getting small walks in as my girls, Buzz and Taz, have recently decided they prefer to have one of us open the door for them all day long rather than use their kitty door. And, so we do. Don't know how this happened.

I was bad today :( I waited to long to eat lunch. I didn't eat to much for lunch but I kept getting hungry after that and I snacked all afternoon. :( I was extremely busy at work today and it caught me off guard. But I am learning what my triggers are and how to pay attention!!! We will see what tomorrow brings.....LOL

You are all doing so good!!!! Keep it up!!!!

Yes triggers, same as with smoking.......I think you nailed it when you said pay attention Fudgey.
AND, how many times do we really pay attention when we are eating-In front of the TV, in front of the computer, thinking about what we need to do or didn't do, etc. Did we chew, chew, chew to help our digestive system, etc......

We are certainly learning control!
