Hi everyone View attachment 77220 WTG Classy and everyone doing so well! I hope to join your ranks....for more than just 3 days. I am having a very difficult time - still - with consistency. Foodwise I do well but routinely exercising seems to be an issue. I'm using this thread as a confessional so I own up to it.If that doesn't work, I shall have to think of a more severe, er, incentive.

Well I tried one of the work outs today. I worked out to Walk Away The Pounds with Leslie Sansone. Picked the easiest of the 5 or 6 on there to start. I am SO out of shape. This workout would have been a peace of cake when I was in high school!!! lol
But I had to stop briefly a few times. About half way through I was going to stop completely but then I started the video up again and finished it. It's not a difficult video, but I just need to get in shape. Will improve if I keep doing it I am sure.
Maybe I should make that my desktop, Hz. A constant reminder - no escape!
