up and down step ladders is certainly exercise.

Hz, I might be able to cut carbs from 1 meal at a time- but anything more than that sets me up for rebound carb intake.

I didn't get my mini work out in yesterday. but i did today. AND i have to vacuum today (i have part of the day off)

Not going to give up my carbs....nope....nada.....ain't gonna happen :lol: (for those who can....YAY!!!!)

Mini workouts are good CES!! I need to go get on my bike as soon as my dinner digest a little.

Didn't have to paint yesterday......maybe this weekend.

I was really good today, I am still under my calories for the day!! :D:D:D

Way to be prepared dande!!

I packed up some snacks for work on Sunday, separated everything into servings size bags. I bought a box of Froot Loops, some sliced apples already in separate bags. Oh.......I bought some of those quaker rice cakes drizzled with chocolate.....they are good!!! and only 90 calories per package :)

I did good on my calories again today!!! YAY ME!!! :laugh:

I like it when I'm motivated to potion out---hasn't happened in a while. I dd eat two small bags of chips and a milky way lol but other than that---2 yogurts, celery with laughing cow and a slim fast Capp plus I walked to the parking garage and then I just walked all of our nights lab to the hospital lab ---better than I've been in a while lol

You did pretty darn good!!! DH made Schlotsky's bread today so we had sandwiches tonight. I only had one fourth of a sand and no chips!!! :ohmy: I shocked myself :lol:

I skated on the ice from the building to the parking lot this afternoon......does that count? :)

Yep. skating burns LOTS of calories :D

He can make Schlotsky's bread?!? Like from scratch? Can I get a recipe please?

I've been absent from the thread, but I haven't been bad. I had about 4 days of no work out, then I played racquetball 3 days in a row:

1/14- 1 hour 13 minutes, 704 calories
1/15- 1 hour 1 minute, 640 calories
1/16- 1 hour 21 minutes, 480 calories

By that last day's calorie burn I can tell I was pretty tired, LOL.

Nutrition has been pretty good. Tofu tikka masala with chickpeas, carrots, zucchini and broccoli. Roasted chicken with roasted veggies. Did eat out at Red Robin on my birthday, but I left 1/4 of my burger and didn't eat all the fries :)

th_smiley_step_class.gifWay ta go Gang. Skating would be good exercise for me as I would be getting lots of it getting up. Nothing much here to report other than overall have been more active than normal which for me is a positive. You all are doing wonderful.
