Not for me....the day started out chaotic, and no workout. I got some extra walking in the past couple of days so that's better than nothing

Just finished an hour or so in the yard- moving bricks to expand the borders of the front beds, and transplanting a few volunteer perennials. I ran out of steam before finishing weeding in the expanded sections, but it still felt great to get exercise that actually accomplished something
I kinda did that this year. It was soooo liberating!
CES, I like it best when exercise is in the form of an accomplishment. Bonus time! I had a pretty good week myself but we were very busy. Next week I will have to really apply myself.
Looks like everyone is on a great summer start! Keep up all the hard work and positive attitudes and good things will follow.
I picked up a bikini and figured it would be a great reminder to continue on the quest and it has worked!
I actually have worn it 3 times in the last 3 weeks. I felt a lil awkward at first but am getting used to it. Still trying to get rid of the love handles-lol, sounds better that way.
