Im curious about your battery life on those AAA's and how hard would it be to create a Auto one and not have a manual switch? Im also very interested in these cart/atomizers from red dragon and bloog.

hopefully Ill have some spare time to make something soon. I want to make a clear one I think.

If battery life and power is a concern, you could always buy some AAA sized rechargeable lithium batteries from dealextreme or your local shop. That would up the power considerably although you'd probably only want two batteries or hook them up in parallel to avoid burning up your unit. As for the auto switch, you could of course keep the auto switch in existing batteries or buy an autoswitch but the manual switch is probably the best aspect of these mods along with battery life. The auto switches are typically one of the first parts to fail in current e-cigs and the manual switch gets by that. It's also nice to not have the automatic cutoff during a long vape.
