Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

I use a 40mm x 65mm piece of 500 mesh. I opened the wick hole with a 7/64 drill bit. I think the default is 2.5mm so I opened it to 2.77mm. I roll the wick solid and do a 3-4 wrap of 28AWG kanthal which gives me 0.8-0.9ohms. Some people like opening the wick hole to 1/8" which is 3.17mm. If you do that, a 3-4 wrap will give you about 1.1ohm

What kind of life do you get out of a SS mesh wick? And what is a "good" resistance and why? I see you are touting resistance less than 1.0 ohms.

You'll have to get an unregulated PV to use ultra low resistance. I've been enjoying my low resistance (1.3-1.5) with my Provari just fine personally.

I've been told a mesh wick can last for months.

Using my AGAs on my provari I usually shoot for about 1.5 ohm. If you get much lower than that you end up reaching the 3.5 amp limit of the mod before you're really hitting it with power.

On my reo mechanical I try for right around 1 ohm.

That's what I am hearing as well...months. What about flavor changeovers?

The wick lasts a long time. You can pull them, boil them and reuse them. Without cleaning they should keep wicking well for well over a couple of months of continuous use. On an unregulated mod with a fully charged bat, sub-1ohm coils vaporize the juice and nicotine very efficiently without burning the juice. The result is more flavor and more nic which is why many genny vapers end up lowering their nic levels. You can get a very good genny vape with a Provari. Ninja, a genny guru around these parts, made a video trying to get a Provari to deliver a similar vape to a mech. It's a good bit of info for Provari users. I'll post it when I find it.

You pull all the liquid from the tank with a syringe. Pulse the coil until you get even coils, dry burn (heat) the coils until the wick glows and is dry of residual juice. Refill with your new juice. Flavor carryover is nonexistent if your using similar profiles. The little amount of juice in the wick doesn't mix with the new tank but rather keeps traveling up the wick until it's gone.

32 gauge won't give you ultra low resistance. Plus, the wire is too thin to handle that kind of heat. You'll be popping coils. To get low resistance, you need a resilient wire. At least 30AWG. Without opening up the wick hole, you may get a 1 ohm coil with a 3-4 wrap of 30AWG, or you could try a 2-3 wrap. 32AWG will not survive resistances below 1.3ohms. Do yourself a favor and order some 28AWG today.

I'm on it thx. I got a first gen aga but I wanna wait till the T2's get here. Wanna be able to match up wick to air hole. But I'll def get that 28g

After using numerous mods, clearomizers etc. my preferred hardware has actually been my ego twists and XL resurrector cartomizers. I fill a couple up in the morning and am good to go all day, can toss them around and not worry about leaking, breaking or anything like that. I guess I am lucky that I love the taste of them, don't notice the poly fill.

I do have a mini provari coming and have high hopes for it, my evic stopped working after 3 weeks so hoping this one is a little more rugged.

I have yet to try re-buildables, I may in the future but they just seem like a lot of work to me. I like to keep it simple.

all I know is that this DID clone I got is really working well. I hear people talking about the mesh and had a question. I was under the assumption that the smaller the mesh number the better the wicking. But i hear talk about people using 500 saying it wicks great. I am fairly new to all this rebuilding bidness so I wanna get it right. I don't really know what mesh I had to put in this DID clone but I was told it was 400. Not 100% sure tho.

I've heard about people using different mesh for different juice thickness but I use 500 mesh for everything. Never had a problem, it wicks great. Don't have anything to compare it to though as it is all I have used, never used 400 or 325.

Stay with what works. Twists work just fine.

The lower the number, the wider the weave and is better for thicker juices. The higher the number, the tighter the weave and is better for thinner juices. If you were doing 100% VG then 325 would be a better fit. If you were doing 100% PG then 500 would be better. A blend perhaps 400 would be best. I've seen this as a general rule. As with everything, there is probably exceptions.
