Great thread! Subscribed.

The Istick Basic magnet really caught my eye, but no VV or VW really?

And the Egrip did the same until I read all the review fails.. leaks, short battery times..

Either of those designs would be a hit, if they were refined and actually gave the user a eight hour day of tasty clouds.

I really like the Basic and I think for what it's designed for, lacking the VV wil be minimal largely due to the ability to regulate with the coil resistance. Old school vaping with some added safety built in. VW will be missed, but often that's even minimal since many of the higher watt batteries don't really fall off dramatically until the last 1/3 of their life span, which for a tootie puffer that can be a whole day. It will only hold a 14mm atty and that will limit the ability to do heavy power draining cloud chucking.

I just put in an order for one. That looks like me. I wouldn't mind having one in every room of the house and then some. If it works. I've seen 2 vids now and it is possible to do d2l inhales, so that's not bad. I also have figured out that I like dc / mech's. That's why I'm always asking about step down.

The removeable tank is where both egrip and nebox are missing.

I do have a new one for y'all today. I think it's cute and kind of ironic. If I could figure it out, I'd probably buy one. I haven't looked for reviews yet. I've got the sinking feeling that it might not be functional. $23.05 Magnum Mini Styled 18350 Mod Kit - 1*18350 / built-in 4ml e-liquid bottle at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

That is the cutest little squonker that I've seen!! At least that's what it looks like to me. Not sure about the drip tip on a tube, must be so you can fold it over, but...

Since this hasn't been posted. Thought some of you might be interested:

Interesting. Thanks, ma. :D

The VERY quick look I did confirmed some of the concerns I had when I first saw it.

I'd love to see PB do a review of the Seatbelt mod.

new one comming: the Sunbox E8 Moonraker...looks very nice...but will be expensive I guess, I'll start saving :)

see also this thread: MOONRAKER review

Looks nice - thanks, Dru. Only slightly larger than the Xvo, but with the features of a RailBox (which is an awesome mod, but too large to pocket comfortably).

For the curious, here are the dimensions of all three (in mm), plus the weights (in parenthesis):
50 wide x 27 deep x 81 high (143g): Moonraker E8
49 wide x 24 deep x 80 high (150g): XvoStick
62 wide x 30 deep x 96 high (210g): RailBox

Thanks for the vid on the SunBox E8 MOONRAKER. It looks very well made and I like the "elevator" for adjusting your tank height so only the drip tip protrudes. I'm still not sure of the form factor since I prefer rounded edges on all sides like a pistol grip. Think the authentic or the Radius. Love the authentic DNA 40 chip. Who and where will sell this mod?

I won't be selling my Xvo's for it either, but it'll be a nice "watch only" for me. You can subscribe to his Facebook group if you want, SB. That's the recommended approach with the SunBox line, from what I understand.

I won't give up my Xvostick for it either :) but it does look very nice to me, hope that elevator thing won't be to fragile, looks like a vulnerable point.
They have a site: Welcome to SunBox Store but it's not listed yet.....seeing the prices of their current mods....it may just remain something to admire for me LOL :)

I expect it's along the lines of the RailBox, which is quite sturdy. In fact, one of the reasons I haven't sold that thing is that it really is built quite well. I expected it to be questionable, for that very (elevator) reason, but it's not at all.

SunBox does quality stuff, so I'm thinking it should be OK. I'd keep it nice and clean, maybe a spec of olive oil too - and it should be OK. At least I hope that's the case, given the cost.

SB makes great stuff but they're very hard to get which is typical of most high end modders. It's a nice concept but I'd go for the E8 squonker first, no tank needed & the great taste of dripping without the fuss. I say this since I've completely converted to squonking, haven't used a tank or my clown stick since I got it.

You can do what the rest of us converted bottom feeders do.........keep your tanks in a drawer where they won't get dusty so they're in mint condition when you sell them :p

Now go get yourself a new shiny from Reo, SB, Tmod, Catfish, Svapiama, Steam Crave, etc :thumb:

And it didn't do the trick for me (I tried twice). I'd either forget to squonk, or soak myself from over-sqounking, and the bottom line is that I truly enjoy a good tank & coil.

The beauty of the vape (pre FDA). There's something in it for everybody.

Agreed, that's the beauty of this hobby, there's something for everyone. I love squonking, I've been known to oversquonk but since I moved mostly to top air atty's I haven't had any accidents, prior to that was a little messy at times for sure.
