I remember the modder Shan also, but that's not me. I liked watching her YouTube videos. Great tips back in the day.

Very disappointing day. Recieved my two xvo sticks after months of waiting only to try and put an atty on and find that the 510 isn’t threaded properly. Both devices are like this. Tried an authentic dvarw and an authentic squape on each. Can’t even get a half turn down. Messaged mini Ecig. No response. I ordered a tap to fix it but that’s not the point. So much talk about quality and such a long wait. This shouldn’t happen. Thanks for letting me vent.

That's not an optical illusion, the elevation, is it? Throwing a Hail Mary here but is there any way that's some type of "protector" (or some other idiotic thing) that's actually removable?
The pic on their site sure makes it appear flat, as one might expect...

The pic on their site uses a varitube standard 510 connector. The new ones have custom cut connectors. The problem is that the threads are not tapped properly. The atty won’t screw down more then a quarter turn. Some atty’s are actually ok. China made junk. My siren fits. But my high end stuff is milled with higher tolerances. In addition to the threading issue I have one perfect dna 60 and one with a screen so dim you can barely read it. My camera sees it pretty well, but to the naked eye it’s barely visible.

Thanks radius. Unfortunately I do know about it and checked that already. Settings are fine. It was already at 100%. I went ahead and got rid of any dimming at all just so I could use it. Ordering a replacement screen today. I am not happy with this company at all now. I was patient. Very patient. The saving grace was supposed to be the quality. It’s just not there in my opinion. The design is great. And the quality will be there, after I go ahead and fix it myself. Sad.

Ouch, hard to believe they would let them leave like that. Those are issues that should be noticed in a quick once over look, much less any testing at all. In 9 years of vaping I’ve never seen 510 threads that bad, even on low priced/quality mods.
I’m seriously considering canceling my order now. Poor communication but high quality I can, grudgingly, live with. No communication and crap quality is a definite deal breaker.
