Quebec has always been unto themselves. Very special they are. This is no snub to you at all. I was born in Ottawa, lived in Sherbrooke and Montreal.

So is it actually legal to order online from outside Quebec, or is it just something you can get away with? Like having a friend send it to you.

Has this change made a difference to the price of juice in the remaining vape shops in Quebec? Or the choice of brands of juice available?

I'm interested because nobody knows what the effect will be when the law comes into effect in Indiana.

You can buy online, but the shops located in Quebec can't sell it online... literally some packed up and moved to another province. I was actually going to go into business for a local shop here. He had like 10 shops in Quebec. I was going to create an online only brand and start selling it, but than this happens. At least no investment went into it yet, so still have options. but yeah I ordered something the other day from Ontario. No problems. So really it just cannot be based in Quebec. Which doesn't really stop anything, but it does put some smaller businesses out of business.

But, but the CDC advertisements say an ecig is not an effective way to quit smoking. That people continue to smoke while using them.
They are looking out for your best interests.
I am just stupid, I guess. Or maybe I am not human, or maybe I can think for myself.

In my experience, people that can think for themselves are not considered Americans..
