Hello everyone! Heres the back story: I Quit smoking cigarettes almost 1 year ago (6-6-2009) and I was a heavy vaper using mostly 36mg liquid at 3.7 - 5 volts mods and used that as practically my pacifier for about 10 of those months.
Ive gone down to 24mg for 30ml of e-liquid, then 14mg for 30ml of e-liquid, im now at 6mg for 30ml of e-liquid and have used almost half the bottle so far
. The only thing I have really missed is the TH, however now that im down this low on the nic I feel more normal than I have in a long time.
Im a little bit nervous about the final drop down from 6mg to 0mg nic and have 30ml of that waiting for me when the 6mg juice is gone, however I have no plan really to give up the vaping because Im still addicted to the hand-to mouth thing. Besides, the novelty of this life saving device has STILL not worn off lol. I figured based on how ive done this that the first nic drop was a 12mg reduction in nic, then 10, 8, and finally only a 6mg drop to 0.
Has anyone done anything similar? Im curious because I havnt been nicotine free for about 14 years and dont want to be nic-jonesing all the time 8-o and fail at this. Sorry for the loong post lol.

and get into shape. Being back on the nic constantly has given me a better prospective coming off of 4 and a half days without. Nicotine is truly like caffeine but with a significant appetite supressant effect, as we all pretty much know. Will post back when Ive made any significant progress, which could be awhile, but I do look foward to being non-nicotine dependant.
