While sorting thru some boxes I came across a fairly large stash that brings back fond memories of the years when Ready X Wick ruled the roost in most of my coil atty's. I bought a bunch of the 2mm & 3mm sizes, then the 4mm size when it came along. But I only used the 3 & 4 because 3, 3.5 & 4 were my preferred DL coil diameters for big vapor.
Picture is of what was the last order of 4mm I bought (3') back in 2017 (that looks like I never got around to using any of). No surprise though... this wicking material lasted almost forever in my atty's because of the way that I used it.

Wow, I remember seeing these in the shops, tried them once but did not like them at all.
Look what I found:
While the EVOD 1800 twist has a corroded 510 connector and can't charge (tossed) the EVOD charged right up and with a fresh fill of some nic salts, vapes fine!
You can still get both at Fasttech so not really that old.

I found this old friend today! Had been missing for over 3 years in a barn. Appears to have been either run over or stepped on by a horse!

I have the altsmoke VOLT batteries still (801) and I have a ton of chargers for 510 stick and 801 and 901 stick batteries... Ego extension tubes. 510 to Ego fittings. Carto punchers. Boxes of dual Coil Carto tanks. At one point I think I bought five kayfun clones from a clearance sale? I have boxes of those Kamry telescoping mech mods and the original stainless smoktek telescope. I have a ceramic bowl full of RBAs that I never liked and another ceramic bowl full of RBAs I do like... A paperclip office desk dispenser full of 510 drip tips i never use. A sterilite 3 drawer chest full of mods and mod boxes, unopened mechanical mods i never even put a finger on.. My provari and my silver bullet out on display in the guest room. All this and from the very beginning, if you search my username back to 2012, or my first account that I created in 2009... I said repeatedly, "I just want a SHORT mod that fits in your palm and wont poke out, where the juice tank is recessed into the body, and the battery has 1000mah or more" It took the industry 11 years but I finally got my wish... After spending thousands on devices & accessories that juuuust fell short... FINALLY we got there. Then they banned them a year later

That 7.5 year old nic looks great. Was that kept in the freezer? (gotta ask, never know)

Yeah... Things were Kinda Different back when I (and Many Others) Started.
Did you catch the part about the 1.5 Ohm Atomizer being "Low Res"? Or that the LavaTube couldn't go over 2.5 Amps?
People throw the term "Game Changer" around a lot when talking about some New Tank or RDA. Variable Wattage was a True Game Changer.
