LMAO, these things aren't going anywhere. There have been rumors of banning them since back in 09 when I first started using an ecig. I think if they were going to do something, they would have done it by now. IMO, our wonderful government is just waiting to figure out when, where and how much to tax them. Our politicians may be ignorant, but they are not stupid.

I'll add that to the list of unenforceable laws on the books. I'm gonna ask my neighbor who's a cop if she's ever heard of this and if so, what she'd do if she caught someone growing tobacco.

looks like vaping is going down hill and everyone is hopping on the band wagon to start banning stuff. want my advice? quit. get off nicotine all together. I haven't touched a cig in over 1.5 years and havent vaped in just over a 2 months. as matter of fact selling all my vape gear in calsifieds. don't get caught with your pants down. this vaping thing isnt going to last forever. by the looks of it, it doesnt look like its going to last much longer. the last thing you want is to go back to cigs wants all vendors get shut down. it will happen sooner then later. stop while you can now. good luck all.

No doubt... If you people don't already know, Oklahoma is the mecca for vapers. There are probably over 25 B&M shops in the Oklahoma City area alone. Some are horrible, quite a few are decent, and a select few are awesome.
