Likely all from the same batch, then, and that batch probably had a batch of bad chips. Heck, it's usually the Smok brand that dies early!

5 out of 6 of ours are still working fine The 6th is actually working, but the display is wonky.

Morning, loungers :)

Getting really tired of watering 2 1/2 acres of garden beds...

Funny. I think I understand why the one house up the street always has plastic flower clusters lining the driveway and front of the house - probably got sick of the critters eating all of the real plants. Still, they could have bought more realistic ones instead of raiding the dollar store.

For your real garden beds, would soaker hoses or sprinklers help?

Good morning Fran, Rose, Gracie and Bea.

Good morning everyone :)

Another of my orchids blooming. Bulbophyllum odoratissimum. This flowerhead is also tiny…under 1/2" across…hence a borrowed photo.

Beautiful! Orchids have such complicated flowers.

oops, sorry I goofed :cry::blush:

No problem. Heck, when they first copied the Sigelie, lots of folk confused the two. Same name, same appearance. Sadly, not the same quality.

For your real garden beds, would soaker hoses or sprinklers help?

We do use sprinklers, but not embedded in the ground, so still a lot of moving them around. The beds are too scattered to run pipe, and with the glacial till we're on, well, I'd need an excavator to do that anyway. So it's get a tripod mounted impulse sprinkler going in one spot, hand water another, then shift it all.

Happy friday, mis-fits! :)

OMG! I'm so stuffed I won't be able to eat another thing today... granddaughter took me to Applebees where I had this...Whisky Bacon Burger - Order on Applebee's® Hamburger Menu and a 'mucho grande' margarita...:)

As usual, we had a fun time together and went shopping for the frame for the coffee cup painting that is now hers.

    Thank You @Flowersoul and @DancingHeretik. @Uncle Willie after flirting with some electronic mods and killing 5, I'm going back to my trusty Reo's and stocking up on spare parts and maybe a few more liters of 100mg. Unless they outlaw flash lights I'll be good.

    You must have a special gift. ;)

    But, I'm with you. I do have several REO's also. One of the several options to get me through to my old age. Now, I need to go double check my spare springs again.

    As I am, I'm sure, still considered and Old School Vaper .. and with the Alert Thread Final Countdown that I have been trying to follow, things get a bit confusing .. I still use Spinners/Twists and I guess they are part of what's going away .. ?? (at least for USA sellers .. ??) .. and I prefer EVODS as a tank .. I have a good supply of coils and a big bottle of old coils that reached my inability to re-wick .. although, I understand that the EVOD coils can be rebuilt ..
    I have one Mech mod I got some time ago as well as a couple, I think they are called I-Leaf or some such box mods .. never used any of them ..
    Keeping up with that Thread is tiring .. somebody posted these as a deal ::
    Sigelei Zmax V5 Telescopic VV/VW Starter Kit
    Although I don't think I'll have an issue getting new Twists/Spinners after the regs go into effect as well as coils, I know it's better safe than sorry .. I have more than enough nic solution ..
    I never treated Vaping as a hobby and, obviously, I did not get into the gear end of things .. just wanted to quit the smokes and stuck with what worked for me ..
    I really, really would appreciate anyone that can help me spend my money on a worthwhile Doomsday stash / gear wise .. I suppose if I had to recoil and what not, I would .. (really don't want to, but it is what it is) ..
    I'm not freaking out after reading the "Final Alert" Thread, because I honestly don't think goods can be stopped from coming into the USA .. but, better safe than sorry ..
    Thanks .. I'm trying to compile a list .. so, you think that ::
    a quantity of these :: maybe 5 or 6 ..
    Sigelei Zmax V5 Telescopic VV/VW Starter Kit
    and these ::
    Joyetech eGo ONE V2 Tank
    and these ::
    Joyetech CLR Coils (5pcs)
    ??? .. I'm sorry, but it just gets so confusing for me .. it's that touch of Dyslexia that I live with .. Does this gear fall into what they call the sub-ohm category .. ?? I'm really not after giant clouds ..
    I'd much rather gather info from the Brain Trust here than spend half my life scouring ECF and what not ..
    I'm also thinking that when I decide what to get, I'll try it and if I really like it, just load up on that stuff .. no need to continue to try this and that, just sink the moola into one setup .. no .. ??
    I can't make any clean and simple suggestions. I tend to have trouble with almost anything I try. Even my favorites. Something will work great for a few months. Then it won't.

    I might not have such bad luck if I weren't so easily frustrated. I don't know.

    For example, the Joyetech eGo ONE V2 Tank with Joyetech CLR Coils. I absolutely love them. That's all I"ve been using for months. But, they don't work reliably (not for ME, at least) with anything but Provari's. They do for the most part, but not always (not reliably). As far as I know, I'm the only one that has this problem.

    That's the way I am with everything!

    That's a big part of why I have such a variety of stuff. That way, surely I'll be able to find SOMETHING to use.
    So, I'm not good with suggestions. What I'm good at is problems and complaints!
