More to come ... just brought these out for starters, all originals taken by me.

Sandra, you have my permission to use these pictures or any more I share with you in whole or in part in any form of electronic, traditional artistic or non-traditional artistic (whatever that may be) reproductions.

If any forms of my pictures are sold for profit equal to or above 6 digits I'll accept whatever remuneration you deem fair and ethical. You can PIF 'em forward for free as long as the recipient agrees to the same terms.

And looking at your early work, I'll surely expect the checks to be rolling in soon.
Thank you Mike...
Get in line, Buddy .. :p

I'm going to dream right along with both of you...:) If some unimagined stroke of luck would start that kind of money flowing in to me, what kind of person would I be if I didn't share with those who helped me to get there?

After 4 weekends in hotels for work (dog shows), and the next 2 coming, here I am in a hotel on my 1 weekend "off". But this one is good. It's just Geordi and me, we have a tracking seminar Saturday and Sunday. I did tracking with my beloved Spock and I miss being alone in a field while my dog does what comes naturally - tracking a scent to the final goal. In tracking, a person walks a path, with turns and such, to a final destination where is laid a leather glove. There is search and rescue, but we aren't looking for a person, but it could lead to such.

Search and rescue is not our goal, but scent work and a tracking title would be nice.

We are also starting barn hunt - searching for real rats (rats are in a protective tube and the health and welfare of the rats is top priority) through hay bales, tunnels and a barn setting. I love "natural" sports, doing what the dog does naturally. It is the most awesome, rewarding feeling.

Time for his evening Biscuit, walk, some TV and sleep. Gotta be up early!

Those could pass as our mighty Animas River - if it only had water in the Fall.

I've not heard of the mighty Animas River. But if it's truly 'mighty' then it's an opposite of the Perky. Actually it's name is the Perkiomen Creek. It's about a 1/2 mile from the house. You're hard pressed to find a pool waste deep. The vast majority of the water is from calf to knee deep.

That sad, it's infamous for flooding from the waters 'upstream from it. It hit flood states 20 to 30 feet higher than it's normal water flow.

Well, you know, the context is New Mexico. Rio Grand river implies it's a big river. I have yet to see it without water, or at least wet sand in main channel.

You’ve been missed, Slots.:) I don’t recall seeing you around for a long time. I’m sorry about your husband. I lost mine to cancer mid January.
I'm sorry to hear that Fran
Mine beat the cancer over time, but since then, he's had to have stents put in his heart, and then back a year later for bypasses.
Don't mind getting old .. it's the side effects I don't like.

WOW Haven't seen that picture for a loong time.
Brings back memories ...
Speaking of "using your fingers", are you still tying your own flies.

Good morning Slots, Rose and Kat. Brrrr, it's a chilly 45 outside this morning.

Wow, that is really weird. I sure wouldn't want to have that problem!

Health and welfare of the rats? Now that's also a weird to read!

Just a little bit about myself. I'm 68, going on 38. I have MS, which is now stable. The doctor told me that once you reach a certain age, if you haven't progressed, you will remain as you are. I'm very fortunate..have pretty severe fatigue, a little numbness here and there, but my motor skills are mostly intact. Have some other skeletal problems that rear their ugly heads now and then, but, hey, at my age, I'm not complaining.
I have one little dog, after a lifetime of a multiple dog household. Lost my last 2 at 3 months apart and broke my heart. I don't think I've ever been without one as far back as I can remember. Will post an updated picture of my little Maddy soon!
I also LOVE cats, but haven't had any for about 20 years now. Cleaning litter boxes for so many years was enough for me to stop. I actually rescued cats and kittens. I miss having a cat around, but Maddy is so spoiled, she would not accept another pet, and I am fine with that.
In 2017, I was diagnosed with lung cancer. Had the surgery and, again, was so fortunate that it was a stage 1 and was caught early. When I reach the 3 year mark, the risk of recurrence goes WAY down. I have about 7 months to go to reach that goal.
I have been with my partner for almost 24 years and I'm very happy. We laugh a lot, and she has carried me through the bad times, and set me down gently and allowed me to heal. Lots of laughter in this house. She should have been a comedienne, or, perhaps she was in another life ( I don't really believe that, but, still....)
I love reading, good shows and movies....good friends. Used to LOVE gardening, but once I'm on the ground, need help getting back up, so most of my gardening is now indoor plants and a few spinach and lettuce plants in boxes on the back porch.
I am a terrible traveler, sad to say. But the internet allows me to see things I would never have seen otherwise.
I am agnostic by nature. Was raised Catholic, left the church at 18. I respect people of all religions, so long as they respect me. If faith gets someone through a bad time, I am all for it. I know there is something out there greater than myself, and that's all I need to know.
In my younger life, I was a circulation manager and part time photographer for our city paper.
I have a brother who has pretty severe Parkinson's. My mother was adopted, so we have NO history on her side, but there MUST be some neurological problems there...
Happy to answer ANY and ALL questions if I skipped anything, which I probably did. Hard to put your life into a few paragraphs.
Hope this pleases @Uncle Willie :p

    Have a wonderful day. :)
