Good morning Bea and Fran and whoever else is up but not functioning yet. Gonna be a hot one here today with a chance of T-storms. Guess we could use the rain, but I'm not looking forward to the humidity coming back.
@Uncle Willie I forgot to mention that I finally got a pillow that seems to be working well for me. It's called Snuggle Pedic and the thing that's nice about it is that the filling is in a zippered casing so you can remove or replace as much fill as you want. Initially I removed quite a bit, but then ended up putting half of that back in. The foam chunks are pretty fine so the pillow doesn't feel lumpy at all. I do find that the pillow does flatten during the night closest to my neck, but I just flip it over. It's moldable.
Has anyone seen the Contour Pillow ads on TV? It's the one that fits between your thighs and knees for side sleepers. We've been sleeping with some kind of pillow between our knees and it really seems to take pressure off your back, but it tends to get lost during the night. It looked too big on TV, but I saw one for sale at our grocery store and got it to try and surprisingly it's really comfortable. Very light and turns with you if you flip over. Now we both have one. Geez, I sound like a commercial.
