You are most likely one of the best loved folks here on ECF .. you are consistent, you don't mind sharing your stories, you have a strong will and an opinion that you don't mind using ..
.. all wonderful character traits, AFAIC .. So, whatever needs to be done in order to regain your normality, I think I speak for everyone in saying we wish you a speedy and complete recovery ..
So, be sure and give us an update when there is one to give ..
I just spoke to K.. it's not pneumonia.. I expect her to be back to herself (and raising Hades ) in a short time...

Boy oh boy.... I wasn't expecting all these beautiful posts..I'm at a loss for words....you all have me crying like a baby...and I'm nowhere nearly as bad off as so many of you are....and yet your reaching out to me...thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Kay, was so happy to hear you don't have pneumonia! That doctor doesn't seem to be so bad afterall, eh?!
Your breathing is probably a lot better cause he gave you that new breathing thingy and you're more relaxed.....you know what stress can do to a body, eh?!

Lol! I think I'll keep him! Yes, the new breathing meds are already doing the trick! And tomorrow the pharmacy will have the other 'script ready...it's Zoloft

Well, I posted this on the Back Porch so for those that don't I wanted to post an update on my man, Peter!
This is a c/paste.....I'm in emotional overload so don't have the energy to re type!

Okay we went to the cardiologist earlier today with Peter and this time I went with him. For whatever reason/s, he insisted I do not go with him to his earlier appointments, but then after each appointment he said oh I wish you were there to remember half of what he said. I could say something funny here but I'm not in a very funny mood right now but I'll get over it like I get over everything else.
Since two of his sisters suffered strokes within three weeks of one another back in August, the logical step would to be test his carotid, right off the getgo, for goodness sake!!!! DUH. His lungs are clear so that ruled out walking pneumonia.
At one point my dear man made the comment that three of his women were sick in the hospital so his stress factor had to be through the roof. That type of stress would make anyone ill.
Bottom line is the 24th he will have an echo Doppler contrast along with carotid Doppler the very next day on the 25th. He will also undergo a stress test. Now all of this will be done within a two-day span because they finally see the seriousness of his symptoms. No, doctors, it wasn't his back, he was short of breath and while the back could have been a factor, the first line of defense, with a heart patient who has had three heart attacks is to check the heart and carotid artery ! Another DUH.
His cardiologist saw the fire in my eyes and became very attentive and answered each of my questions to my satisfaction.
My anger has surfaced on this post and I apologize for that!
Now I need to get rid of this anger and turn it into something productive like taking care of my man.

Yea, I'm a hot mess, but am hiding it well from him, I think, but he knows me well and I don't want him to see me worry. He knows that when I laugh, so do my eyes, and I can't put on an act.....it just isn't me.
With my daughter and sil staying with us, they have been a true Godsend; serendipity!
That's enough, before I go into a tizzie....
