Dd has a little fb store called Crafted Corner. Most of her stuff can be shipped. I love the etched glass mugs she does. Lots of other stuff. If anyone would like to look.:)

Yes we would, at least I would. Does she have a website you could link us to?

    This is her fb link. There is also a link to etsy on her fb but I don't know if she has all her stuff there. Most of it can be done by request and is small enough to ship.

    Morning, loungers.

    Heat wave back here as well. Along with our usual high humidity. Fun. Not.

    As I have said before, I really like the Kayfun V3 Mini. They are the only tank I am currently using. I have a black one that I was PIFed and the rest I have are SS. Well, the SS ones I have had to bring out to replace ones I have dropped I just haven't been able to get the same airflow I like with the black tank. I have played around with the wicking, coil placement, just everything I could think of to get the airflow right. Yesterday, I had to replace the cotton in one of the SS tanks. I was cleaning the drip tip and looked in the throat of the tank. I had a real double facepalm! I used the Q-tip and pressed out the spit back screen. I reassembled the tank and fired it up. Problem solved. I have only been trying to figure out the draw difference for 3 or 4 months. :facepalm::facepalm:

    Thanks Diver ... I'll have a look and see if he says anything about replacing the faceplate as to needing new/more adhesive to insure it sticks well and still maintain the mod being water proof.

    I just checked on etsy and she doesn't have much there.

    Well if she has her etsy page listed other FB page, its well hidden. I couldn't find it.

    @Diver9543

    I haven't watched the vid you linked to yet. But this guy uses a heat gun to loosen the adhesive before removing the plate and then applies some kind a adhesive before replacing it. He doesn't say what he uses.

    The etsy page has next to nothing on it. None of the etched glass at all along with other things not there. She sells way more from fb. But anyway, here is the etsy page

    If you can't click on the link for fb then just type in Crafted Corner. I was told by another person they couldn't click on the link either.

    I love the welcome plant stands. What a cute idea for the front door. And those coasters are great!

    @Janet H for bird nesting material save your dryer lint. Nice and soft and the individual fibers are short so they can’t end up twisted around the birds’ legs. I put mine in an onion bag and hang it outside every spring. It doesn’t last long.

    I really like the mugs on her FB pg. I'm hoping she will be able to put on different etched pics. They would be great for gift giving. She does wonderful work. Thank you for sharing.

    It might not last long in the onion bag but it's likely to last a long time in the environment. Most dryer lint in todays world is mainly synthetic nylon and rayon fibers. You used to be able to make fire starters by stuffing an empty toilet paper roll with lint when the bulk of your washing was cotton material/fabrics. Try that today and it's near impossible to light it. It just smolders because of all the synthetic 'stuff' that makes up the bulk of the lint.

    Good morning :)

    Had a lovely weekend topped off with a Zoom meeting with family that we haven't seen in over two years! So grateful to have been able to see them and we'll be making regular visits now with other extended family members!

    @FranC interesting items on crafted corner! :)
