Well, I can't even remember the site I bought the Zlide and coils from, but I do remember I wrote that they were in Asia .. I take it back .. my Zlide and coils got here yesterday, shipped from the Windy City .. and, my ::

Arrived this morning VIA UPS .. all I'm waiting on is the batteries, at which point I will be seeking instruction from the Brain Trust ..

Oh, it was Misthub on the Zlide tank .. and the deal was great, Honey also works with them for additional savings ..

Any point in trying to peddle all but the charger in the photo I posted .. ?? I've also got several hundred new EVOD tanks and coils and another couple new PV's .. maybe I should keep the PV's since I'm sure they will work with the Zlide .. ??

Any idea when you'll get the Zlide?

Sure now I run across a good sale after I just bought a couple more.

How is Everzon as a supplier, I've never bought from them before. Decent shipping time? Do the products ship from China or the USA? I saw mixed reviews when I googled 'em. Seems some folks love 'em and some hate 'em.

Personally I've only used Everzone a couple of times. Make sure when you register - that Ya' do so as a "Reg", NOT Wholesale customer - that way as a first time user Ya' can use the discount code of FP15 for 15% off . . . I made that mistake . . .

As for how good they are - I've got mixed feelings . . . 1st order filled and shipped within 3 days - 2nd order took over a month . . . AND - although they are out of China and did come through with order. So personally, even with the couple of Solos I already have - if i could place a First purchase order at that price and with the discount code I would definitely purchase at least 2 or maybe 3 more . . . Hey at $27.90 - 15 % = $23.71 not a bad deal at all . . . Just Sayin' . . .

We'll I'm kind of gun shy about ordering from China right now. I'm still hassling back and forth with Fasttech about 2 order I place over 100 days ago. They keep telling me to be patient because the shipping is so slow from China right now due to the virus.

In today's exchange with them I told them the tracking number now shows as expired, giving the follow explanation.

Expired

Item was in transportation period for a long time still has no delivered results. General explanation:

1. At a certain stage during transportation, the carrier has not updated the tracking information due to the high volume of postage.
2. The carrier was omitted to enter the tracking information.
3. Your package may have been lost during the transportation period.

I'm asking them to reship both orders using DHL or refund my money. It will probably take a few days before they answer me again. It's slow going with their support.


Between the 2 orders it's not an insignificant amount of money.

Took me forever waiting on a Geekvape Aegis Legend that was on sale. It never moved in tracking which was shipped from China. When I emailed them they told me to go through PayPal for a refund. Right after I did that my Legend showed up but their customer service sucks.

I really hope Ya' kept the Legend . . .

I can't talk about Fasttech or other Vape Places .. what I can talk about is this ::

Contrary to what many manufacturers tout, most all electric guitars that say "Made in the USA" are, in fact, not fully USA .. the body, the neck, wiring, pots, assembly, painting, polish, etc, are, yes, done in the USA .. however, a goodly amount of hardware comes from various Asian locations ..

And, my work is no different .. I continued to order from various suppliers through the beginning of the Pandemic .. I still have orders pending arrival that date back to February .. they are "in the system" yet, apparently on that slow boat ..

Many of these outfits I've dealt with for years .. and there are English speaking folks that work for them .. one discussion I had not all that long ago was centered around the fact that air traffic had been substantially reduced between Hong Kong and LA, and that was part of the bottleneck .. that's just one example ..

Fortunately, I maintain a regular stock of most parts, and have not yet reached a critical stage .. however, I do have about $2K out in undelivered orders .. most all Asian suppliers, when it comes to wholesale, require up front payment .. wire transfer ..

I'm not afraid of losing my money, they will reship / replace if it never gets delivered, but it's just another sad sign of the times we live ..

Pardon my cynicism regarding China and corona virus. Three weeks ago they reported six new cases. Two weeks ago, they reported sixteen new cases - and this with that enormous population. Maybe so; maybe no, but if that's their honest rate of spread, it is quite difficult to believe the disease is a plausible excuse for shipping delays.

That many Evods and coils? Heck, just put an adapter on the Solo and you can keep using them

I hope mine mysteriously show up. Just today I was told they are now/still waiting for the postal system to verify the packages are lost. Then they will either re-ship or refund.

It's nothing critical that I need just bits and bobs of stuff for the reserve / supplies stock piling. I'd be surprised if everything I had in the order is still available for Fasttech to put the orders together again and re-ship it.

@Anise my heart goes out to you. Been 6 months since I lost my oldest son. He did make it to 50 which I wasn't sure he would as he was sick since the day he was born. I try to treasure the good memories and not dwell on the bad ones but it is always a hard thing to deal with, no matter their age or time with us.

Good morning. Another sunny, hot day today with no rain in sight. Looks like I'll be watering again today. I'm going to have to keep my eye out for some heavier pots. These blasted squirrels and the wind keep knocking over the plants on the deck.

We got a couple Zlides and am using one on my Solo right now. I like them a lot, but the slide top is a bit tight. Hoping that loosens up after awhile. It's pretty much the same idea as the Zeniths except those you twist. Mike has one Zenith that's pretty tight to twist, but I haven't had any problems with it.
