I've heard that the "recommended" procedure is to keep the mask on unless actively shoveling food in. Of course, you can always stuff the drip tip under the mask, and just exhale through it

Yep, the snow finally showed up. It was so pretty, but didn't last long. Shortly after that picture was taken it stopped. Of course the ground was not very cold so the snow didn't last, but I love the quiet when the snow is falling. I guess I must be ready for winter because it was pretty nice today.

So much to do here to get ready for Christmas. Hopefully today I'll be able to put together some of the dough for cookies in between the laundry and washing some windows. The storm the other day blew the rain sidewards and totally messed up the main windows downstairs. I gotta have a clear view to see the bird feeders!

Was 43o when I woke up this morning but now it's 47o.
Janet, I know what you mean by so much to do for Christmas. Seems like time has gotten away with us, and I promised myself to keep ahead of the game and while I started out good ahead of schedule, now I'm falling behind. It all works out at the end and we usually have a good Christmas despite the fact that a few things went undone.

Good morning all. It is currently is 41°, can't say what it was when I woke up as I haven't been to bed. The changes in barometric pressure have my body in turmoil.
The one thing I like about the snow is watching it fall and yes, I enjoy the quiet, too. It is after the roads start being used that the beauty of the snow goes away. But then, I no longer have to go out and drive in it. I hope everyone has a good day and stays safe.
