Peanut butter and goat cheese looks interesting, and I think the peanut butter and pom seeds would be great-- both for flavor and texture. PbH is more standard than PbBan for me.

I forgot about the honey. dH likes that too in his pb sammish.
Me I like pb but can only eat a little now and then. Too many calories for me so sometimes I have 2 teaspoons on home-made toasted bread (I make all our bread) for my breakfast.
Love PB and honey sammich. Specially if it's on toast. Seems like there is a sweet, crispy layer where the honey and PB meet. mmm mmm goooood!

If it gets coarse it's starting to crystallize. A long soak in a hot tub will help
I meant to post this earlier today....after already raising 7 children, WWII came along and my Grandmother enlisted in the Army... while at the same time, her oldest daughter, an RN, served as a Navy nurse...
I also have two younger female cousins who served....one in the Navy and one in the Marines...
