Take some special grass seeds, remove the husks, grind them up, mix the powder with some water, salt, sugar, cow fat and fugi into a gelatinous mass. Let the fugi do their work to create millions of tiny gas bubbles in that blob, then apply high heat to make a greatly expanded, fibrous, finished product. Now, take that big loaf of fiber and cut into thin cross sections of porous sheets, put back on some open fire until lightly brown on both sides. Apply more cow cat and.....eat.

I'm having toast.

They're 600 feet down. Unless you plan on going that deep, you're perfectly safe. Just watch out for the sharks, sting rays and poisonous jellyfish.
