Great song, Jag. I love heavy percussion jazz. What are you having for lunch? I couldn't make up my mind today b/t a French dip, a Rueben or enchiladas, so I went Mexican. I wish I knew what everyone did to keep their garlic fresh. It's not supposed to be stored in the fridge, but if I don't, it goes bad so quickly. I'll have to ask Lis when he comes on ... he's a fan of garlic too.
You might like Basia, Jag. She's been my favorite female jazz vocalist for years. She's got heavy percussion in a lot of her tunes.
I've been having roast beef for almost a month. We bought 15 lbs of it.
Garlic should not go in the fridge, will dry it. We just have it sitting loosely in a bowl on the counter. Some people string and hang them. They can last if it's not too damp, but you're getting moisture from the ocean.
I love this type of music, the heavy percussion and bass, a little funk, a lot of grove....so cool.
I'll check out more of her stuff. Thanks.
