I'll spare you the details but they are trying some things out to see how much and what kind of help will be needed if he moves back home - which hopefully will be next week. I expect I'll be down there at least every other week fro the duration.

On a lighter note, one of my cats had a fit when I came home......... cried for about 45 minutes..... literally. Why this time and not the others, I have no idea. He made himself hoarse. It was funny!

The cat missed you. That's simple. ;)

Hey there Lisa and hi again Jag!:)

Yeah, I haven't danced like that in about 10 yrs. My dancing is quite a bit slower now, lol.

I don't know about you, but recovery from injury is taking a little longer these days!

I danced all night at a wedding last year and paid for it the next day....

I had help last week. Tomorrow I start that vicious cycle of one week of carpet cleaning again. Not to worry, last time scared me enough to teach me a lesson.

I'll say. "Jag...I think my leg popped out of it's joint!" was pretty scary all the way here. :D

Dancing can kills the knees too. My aunt decided she wanted to get back into ballroom dancing, went to class, then went to the doctor.

I have a friend that is a runner (like you) that says she has gone out dancing and was sore too b/c of the different muscles she used. You've got a beautiful, tight and slender runner's body, and you look healthy, Lisa. I think if you started doing Zumba (or whatever it's called) that you would build up those dancing muscles.

It's too bad she doesn't start again, but slowly b/c dancing is a joyous expression of the energetic spirit. It can actually bring up a body's energy level and relieve so much stress.

Any exercise is good for us, done right. She hadn't danced for years, saw some coworkers join up and in she went. She had to replace her cartilage.

Thanks, Sea. You're probably right...... there are a lot of muscles I don't use that way. Even yoga wouldn't address that!

JaG, stop it. :)

Nevah!!! :p

LOL at Jag! Lisa also kind of floats when she walks, not a plunk, plunk but a graceful floaty walk. Maybe I should take up running so I could get my graceful float back.:)

That's because she walks with angel wings in her shoes. ;)

I'm sure you can float too, but again...look out for the knees.
