Thanks JAG (and Jan Brady!). Been loving the music here for the last few days of lurking, BTW.

Glad you like the music here. We play all kinds of stuff, from classical to country...an eclectic group with eclectic tastes. You've been lurking? :?:

I have one of those Roombas stored away someplace here. It wasn't really a replacement for the deep suction of the vacuum ... it mostly just picked up loose debris atop the carpet to keep it "appearing" clean.

It's good to live healthy, Sea, but don't become a neat freak. It's a lot of work. When I was visiting my mom, she used to wipe the bathroom counter while I was washing up. I finally told her to stop.

They say twenty minutes of sun a day is good for you.

I had to wear a long sleeve hooded shirt but after I got going I got a little warm. It was great!!!

How is your week going? You being good to yourself?

So far my week is going better than most, but that's b/c I work only two days this week ... lucky me! I've been able to do some reading on some new reads I have from amazon and to pamper Fergie. I meant to take her into the shower with me this morning, but something else happened instead ... my phone rang. I hopped out of the shower to get it, and I fell ... not hard, but then I was too weak to get up b/c I got the giggles about my foolishness. It's not like I dont have an answering machine.

A large portion, I think up to half, of "dust" is ours and animals' dead skin. You live in a temperate climate and keep your windows open all the time. The traffic and winds bring in road dust. There is no avoiding dust. :(

Swiffer?? :)

I like those dry Swiffers a lot ... can't use the wet ones b/c of Fergie running around ... might get the chemicals on her little paws. And those Swiffer dusters are what I always use on the job b/c they're so effective! They are not cheap either ... was shocked to see what they charge for a large box of them ... almost $1 apiece for the duster part.

My doc said everyone above the longitude of FL is NOT getting enough sun. We all need extra vitamin D, but there's much more good stuff in sunlight.

Yes we do. If you care to supplement, be sure it's D3, and the best place and brand it at vitacost.com ... less expensive and proven to be the best by means of actually having in them what the labeling says according to consumerlab.com, a nonaffiliate, independent co. that tests all supplements.

Problem with most vitamins is make it through the body..........I mean all the way until you visit the potty room!
