I do too, and I get in that "never going" slump when it gets cold. You should try it Lips, the earthing experts say that the beach water is a super conductor to the earth energies and flood our bodies with antioxidants where you're barefoot ankle high. Those same experts say we have a bit of ocean water in our blood. Thought that was odd, but the first verse of the Bible says that God's spirit hovered over the water. I think the oceans of the world do more for us that even our new science has yet uncovered.

well I do breathing exercises just about daily. The crawl I do in the pool and the cross your hang to hold my foot as a stretch.
