jag he would sit all day, and we went through the "I'm going to sit and turn into a vegetable" before his last surgery.
Now he wants to get up and do things and I want him to.

And that is the problem. Anything he does aggravates his neck and will cause problems. The side effects we can live with a lot better than what went on before.

There's light exercise and stretching. He doesn't have to do strenuous work...find a middle ground?

I want the Like button in Profile so we can use in with the "Posted Messages"

Just say you like it. :D

He don't do the middle ground. I want him to but he don't so I don't say a word. At least he is doing something and he always enjoyed working on cars. Plus he gets to spend the money on his other love. Guns and reloading stuff.

Have him reload your Vivi and eGo stuff instead!

A Valentine poem for the ladies of the beach. :)

Rainbow and COPYRIGHTDMCA

One upon a hidden cove
flanked by outcrops to and fro
a carpet of powdered sand unrolled.
And into the rocks the waves did pound
distant rumblings of rhythmic sound
a curtain of sea spray vapor rose.
When high from Tropic of Cancer sky
dashed down sunrays through the mist
to splash a rainbow on that beach.
For within that band of fantasy
holds more colors than eyes can see
each a lady of the beach...unique.
Gentlemen, we fortune COPYRIGHTDMCA few
graced by the beauty of their hues
have thus been enriched in our daily lives.

And now I am totally in love with you! Plus, you know that your beach lady is doing yoga...

It's not even a thought in this brain.

If I got into the position, I'd never get out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You have to start small... Then when you breathe, everytime you exhale, you move a little deeper into the pose. My yoga instructor is amazed tho, at how open I am at the hips. Shoulders and neck, not so much. I was really flexible when I was younger.

I probably could get most of the way there but my little brain is yelling ..............don't even try!!

DIL is doing yoga and plans on keeping on doing through her pregnancy. :)

That's really good. Yoga is so good for your body, mind, and spirit. I absolutely love it. Watch her baby come out all flexible and super calm, lol.
