i used to go to bed with half a glass of espresso next to my bed and wet my lips every half and an hour, i stop it when i became a vaper

I used to drink coffee from the time I got up until I went to bed. I stopped drinking coffee late a while back because of difficulties getting to sleep.

We all need our Dreams, but for nighttime dreams, I wish I could remember them. I haven't remembered a dream since I was about 18, except for 1.
PS. I am so happy that we still have a place together....what happened yesterday was sad....but it could have been worse.

I heard a comment in a TV show that said a person's sleep dreams had stopped when his head was banged. I was in a pretty bad car accident when I was 17-18. My head almost went through the windshield. Left a dent in the glass that didn't quite break through. I wonder if that's what caused my dreams to stop.
