You open a program on the main screen (#1) and the same way you can move it around on that screen by dragging it, you drag it to the left (or right, depending) to the other screen. Then to set the screen you're going to be working on, you move the mouse to that screen by sliding it to the left or right. You can also have them vertically stacked, so you'd move between them up and down.

Good Morning, Beachers......
My sister was moved to a rehab center yesterday....unfortunately her new room is not nearly as big and as nice as the beautiful hospital room was, and she noticed. And we kept the tv on for her in the hospital which she watched, and she has no tv in the rehab room. But they are allowed so we will get her one as soon as we have the time....hubs thinks he can get one and install it tomorrow evening when he goes to pick up our grandson at the airport which is in the same area. The rehab center is almost 2 hour's drive one way for me, so I will not be able to get there as often as I would like. She has made a little progress......but still unable to walk or talk. Hopefully they will work with her and at least get her gag reflex back so she can eat. But we do get smiles and hand squeezes and she can sit in a chair by herself.
Starting tomorrow, I have family trickling in for Thanksgiving....most of them staying several nights. Our big dinner is on Saturday due to competition from the inlaws. So I will have 11 people here...not as many as usual since my sister and family will not be here.
A few busy days coming up, but I will now be able to find time to post occasionally since I will not be at the hospital every day.
Hope this post finds all of you in good health and looking forward to family and fine food for the holidays.

After my father recovered from his stroke (in his 80s), he got himself one of those little motorized scooters. He really loved speeding around on his little red scooter, and I had to run to keep up with him. He spent time in rehab and made an amazing recovery for his age. He still continued to mow our lawn for a couple of years afterwards.
I will think of you two sisters watching tv together giving each other smiles and hand squeezes while sharing time together. Enjoy your relatives this holiday season!

I am elated!!! Stefanie is in rehab now, so this is truly great news. I know your heart is dancing. I'm sending a PM with some thoughts for playing Music instead of TV sometimes.
