Actually, I've never had them. I hear they taste like Chicken. How many times have I heard something tastes like chicken? I'm like, If you want something that tastes like chicken, then eat chicken!!!
Now I have had alligator. And you're right... it's like rubbery, but it was well prepared and quite tasty as a hamburger-style patty on a bun.
