shouldn't matter, if you just bought the device and have a receipt they should replace it unless they clearly state somewhere that they have no refunds on devices
a tobacco shop should replace it, a gas station or grocery store may not as they are a 3rd party selling the item for a vendor....

sometimes there are just bad units.....what do you use to charge it with? did the charge come with the device or did you buy it separately? I ate through 3 ego batteries before we finally figured out that the charger I had got (even though it stated it was for egos) was defected and killing my batteries.

Yes, sorry - what Dale said. The battery won't turn on. all of mine are the 5 click type, so I know I CAN turn them on, if they will. LOL It's a criss cross battery, ego style.

Yes, it came with a charger, and that's actually the one i use for all my batteries because the one the vape shop gave me with the spinner actually is an 810, not a 510 (or whatever the numbers are).

sorry yes after reading again I got it...Avery's in bug mode and my mom's calling me cuz kya's having a panic attack so sorry my mental abilities were a bit off

yes that blasted 5 to 10 clicks on/off.... the mvp never gets turned off because I haven't mastered it yet
