That's great Chapel now we will just pray they are good renters because once they come in it is hard to get them out.
Evie, that is the beauty of it! I have known this young man since he was 3 years old. He has a great head on his shoulders, and his wife is adorable. His family has lived next to mine for over 30 years. Could not ask for better people.

I try to dabble into everything, digital painting, spray paint art, charcoal, sketching, inking etc...a lot of mediums attract me. Including sculpting which I haven't attempted yet. I haven't done much at all for the last year. New job, trying to get things settle financially and the fact that about a month ago, my laptop crashed and everything that I was working on personally, all the stuff I did for clients, and every project that I did in school went bye-bye. I lost everything. All the great excuses artist use to not do anything.
I'm slowly getting the itch again...though
Edit: I forgot the word "though", my mind is several steps ahead of my hands today...which sounds a bit dirty.
