The weekends just go too fast. Just thankful for the two days off in a row. I worked for years and didn't have weekends off, (two days in a row) so I can't really complain.

I was gonna get king crab but went with the snow crab cause it was marinated and cooked in alcohol lol. Plus snow crab is the most for your money though king is the bestNoooooooooo, THAT looks GOOD!!!My very favorite is King Crab, (the ones by the corn). Reminds me we have a Red Lobster gift card we need to use.

Got an early bday present today Katie got me a really nice smoker. I will be smoking meat nonstop for the rest of the summer now I cant wait until tomorrow to get started

Nice! I haven't used my smoker enough. Smoked sea salt is an awesome thing to have on hand all winter to remind you of that wonderful smoky taste any time you want it.
I was like that until I had a good friend tell me "You know how you always like to help others and how that makes you feel good inside?" I said "Yes" she said "Your denying me that when you don't let me help you and return the favor."
It's not always easy but now I try to be more open to receiving because I know how full my spirit is when I get to help and give to someone even if it is only well wishes or keeping them in my prayers.
Its harder to be open to it when the person who is giving or receiving the love speaks a different love language. Think about the number of times you've given or received love and one of you in the interaction has no idea it's happening because we are deaf to their love language. Love is simultaneously the simplest and most complex thing in the universe.
Hey all you lurkers! I'm so far behind on this thread, I can't catch up. I had a houseguest this past week, and then my boyfriend came up this weekend (he lives in another state about 9 hours away by car) so I've been offline mostly. Checking in here and there, but by no means able to keep up! So how is everyone? I'm going to be up all night working because when I took work from my client, I had no idea I would have either a houseguest or my boyfriend here, so I'm pulling an all nighter. Coffee anyone?
