You should be able to add as many as you like. Just go under the accessories tab & you can change the quantity. I just ordered a bunch a couple of weeks ago.

Or maybe I misunderstood, do you want to order in packs of five? If so do you want them pre-punched?

No I don't but I keep thinking about trying one. I've been really wanting to see one in person.
I feel like it would need a tiny drip tip to match the size of the tank.
