I'm not big time. They just get to torture me more now.
But they did give me a nice pay increase. And if I can get this store out of the hole between now & the end of January I'll see a little bit more money starting in February.

It's the next big city over so it's about 25miles away but I do have to take the highway for most of it. So the speed limit is 65 for most of my drive.
I am going to have it rough the next week or 2 since the asst manager is now leaving...yep! Right before the start of all of the craziness but my DM & I are doing a couple of interviews next week & putting together a plan incase we can't get anyone good picked out in the next week or so.

HM, is there anyway that piece could have gotten into the trash (by mistake) with the packaging??? (I've done that before.

Hi Lori, No cat. Not in the trash (checked twice, and all the bags of parts that came with it. It's either a wormhole or a something else. Today I checked the whole room and everything in my desk again. Nothing, zip, zilch, nada. I am befuddled. I build atties at my desk and drop tiny screws all the time and find them, I can't understand how something so big could just go poof.


Chim, sounds like you got a promotion! Congrats! Everything is coming up Chim! Go buy me a lottery ticket quick!

They've had managers in there that just weren't personable and turned people off from shopping at that location. I had tons on customers here that would drive the 30 mins just because they didn't like the vibe of the employees in the store. It's not as bad as it sounds. It's just turning the energy of the store around & so far this week it's been good. This store used to do 1.5million in sales a year but the last 2 years they've only done 1 million because of those issues. I worked there last week for 2 days and so far this week we've been beating sales everyday. It's just a matter of weeding out the bad seeds and returning the focus back to the customers.

Decided to come back to this forum after being gone for awhile. work finally calmed down.

Slowly looking into getting a 3D printer for work and other stuff. I am planning to start making 3D printed mods and start selling them. It's a very ambitious project I am thinking off. Think a place where you can get for say a 3D printed box mod where you can choose the insides. do you want a box mod with a single 18650? 3 of them? what type of 510 connector do you want? for god sake what type of buttons do you want the thing to have? some choices of chips you can pick. color. powder coated?

basically my dream is to make box mods for people the way they want it. not sure how many people would be interested in something like that but hey who knows and it will stop me from lazing about at night. also I don't want to price them high like some others I have seen(200+).

It's something I have been brainstorming about for weeks and it's hurting my head
