Hehehehe! You know she adores you both!
    I bet she's having a blast!
I remember when my nieces were that age. Wish tey could've stayed that way forever...now they're crazy teenagers:shock::evil::lol:

It lasts for 6 weeks so it'll be right around the 1st of the year.

Well make sure you get it done before all of the kids get out of school for thanksgiving. After that shopping will be total madness everywhere you go.

Ugh, I forgot about kids getting out of school
Actually I was just talking about Thanksgiving ... can't worry about Christmas right now

The last few years I've done as much Christmas shopping on-line as I can, I hate battling the stores :(

I was only talking about thanksgiving too.
From working retail for so long it seems like it just gets even crazier once they're out.
Here they only go mon & tues so I'm sure everyone wil be grabbing all of the last minute dinner stuff starting then.

Last year I stuck to online for Christmas & im sure it'll be the same this year too. I hate going shopping:grr:

Oh, okay ... yeah, I noticed the other day at Kroger they didn't have any of the yeast rolls that my family all love so  They only take four hours to rise and I have to make at least 36
And now I have to shop for a turkey (I guess) and am making a list of stuff I need that I started right after I got home from the store the other day

    Good gosh I'm tired

    Only 4 hours:blink:
    I bet they're good though.
So I take it that turkey day is at your hours:laugh:

I have to get Reggie a list together for the stuff I'm making...wonder when I'll do all of this though. Especially since we're opening thanksgiving night at 6 pm:grr:
Thankfully, it's not going to be much. His family is going to his moms but he's staying back with me so we'll just have a small meal here.
I'm supposed to do the stuffing...I like mines better;) & I'll probably do some greens & yams.
But I'm also getting a hotel room thanksgiving night. I'm not even going to attempt going home at 1am & returning at 9 so il just staying close to the mall.

    I bet you are.
Are you working on Monday? I bet you guys have been busy at the shop too.

Yes, they are very good for those who love breads, they rise so big and are really light & fluffy :)

We host Thanksgiving and Christmas both now, 14+ people each time, not to mention the get together with my best friend & her family after the Holidays.

I am supposed to work on Monday, I guess because so much comes in on Sundays and there is a rush to try and get ahead

Honey, I'm sorry but I'm in a lot of pain (BMS) tonight and I need to go use some powerful medicine to get some relief and curl up a while  I'll try to check back after 8 or so but not promising :(

    Sorry :(

I see work has been getting in the way of life for you too. I need to hit the lotto. Im sick of busting my .... for someone else to get rich

Yes! And it'll be torturing me for the next 6 weeks even more:grr:
I'll be glad when the holidays are over!
Unfortunately working retail turns you into the grinch:lol:

    Good evening lurkers!

I watched The Grinch with my four year old. Babysat my half sister. Dog sat my best friend's boxer and still some how managed to watch some clearomizer reviews. Oh and I leveled up on my game, whoot! I've been busy and productive.

It's freezing rain here tonight, roads will be extra gross tomorrow. Bleh.

    Good morning Whim :)
I'm doing alright, how about you? :?:

Oatmeal sounds nice and warming :)

Slept great, the boyfriend ended up giving me his expensive pillow that I commandeered from his house. I slept amazing.

Oatmeal is a go to for me in the mornings I don't want to get out of bed. My Boston Terrier is still in bed and refuses to get up. He knows once he's up he's gotta go outside in the cold to potty. He's a sharp one.
