I have one but she's a part time manager and honestly she's not ready for the responsibility of the full time asst manager position.
The other girl put in her 2 weeks less than 2 weeks before Black Friday because she found a new job & then she disappeared for the last 5 days of it:grr:
It's ok thought. We've been getting through. I'd worked with her at the other store before she got promoted & she forgot she apparently put me down as a reference on some applications before she decided to go missing...bad idea:evil:

Awwwh! I felt bad that I left Reggie with everything to clean all by himself:(
I hope you were able to get some rest after everyone left though:unsure:

You dug your own grave? :?:

    Sorry hon!

Oh well, Reggie may as well learn to help now :p

Yeah, I rested enough I guess, got to bed about 8:30.
Took a while to fall asleep good but then I slept right up to the alarm :)

    Evening all. :)
Dale, you should take a coffee pot. Just get a cheapie that can be abandoned (if needed).

Nothing new to report from here. Busy all day, but not sure what all I got accomplished.
Just finished dinner, and wanted to pop in before everyone left for bed. :)
    Loving all these leftovers!!

I did that before, not again tho' ... everyone can just do without!! :p I carry a thermos but it's too small :(

DH & I are tired of leftovers already :?:

I guess I did. But I dig em deeper for those who cross me (in her witchy laugh):evil::lol:

Yeah. But he did most of the cooking so I felt kinda bad. But on the other had he is off of work all weekend so I guess he still gets the better end of the deal.

Ok. That's good. I'm glad you did.
Sounds like you had a house full & lots of clean up after.

Ha, I made more mashed potatoes (Hungry Jack ;) ) and Stove Top dressing today. The stove top was the cornbread flavored one. It's REALLY pretty darn good. Can't ask for an easier side dish either.

We had a very nice Thanksgiving, just the two of us, which is the norm for Thanksgiving for us....and we like it that way. DH did the turkey, and we did all the usual sides.

We too have had the nice, long weekend. I've been trying to catch up on some things I've procrastinated away all year.
Just stuff that really has no timetable, and tomorrow I want to purge some old files.

DH did snag a new laptop for me Thurs. a.m., on an early Black Friday sale at Best buy. So I'm really kind of excited about that. :)

Well, mine has been locking up on me quite a bit, remember...it's the same one that crashed (hard) two or three years ago, and DH was able to bring it back to life somehow.
The "female" part of where you plug in the power cord to the back has a piece broken on the inside, and I had to use shipping tape to hold it together.
....but, it has a game on it that came with it that I really like, so I'm hoping to use it as you would a regular PC, and just not use it for online anything....maybe get a little more life out of it....

Let me know if you decide to and I'll give you a good easy one to start off with ... it doesn't make a whole load unless you want to double it or something. Just about right for two people tho' :)
