Hello Lurkers! Hope everyone is having a good weekend!

Girls are still here, the kids always come up with an excuse for "a little while" and we end up til evening. I'm getting tired and grouchy cuz they would pull this on us every weekend if they could find an excuse to. Think I'm gonna "let" DH take them home and I'm gonna shower and take a break with everything that makes noise turned off!

Nope im here at work. Putting in 12 today and working tomorrow then hopefully a few days off. I think I may get asked to stay on a maintenance crew

Going to the big Zoo in Chicago on Friday. I'm taking the day of either way to take Noah and Jessica

nope! Mines started when i was 9. I've had her long enough.
Ok ok. I guess another couple of years won't hurt just incase kids are in the future. But she can disappear for good after that and i wouldn't miss her one bit

I found a cure for hangovers. Its worked extremely well the 2 times I tried it.

After drinking eat a cucumber with the skin on it before bed.

I love cucumber so its easy for me. Make sure to try it, it really works.

I just got home from hanging out with my Dad and Katie just got back from a baby shower so we are going to bbq some dinner and watch some tv or a movie. I gotta get ready for my first full week of work in what feels like forever

I like cucumber but after it's marinated in some vinegar & salt n' pepper. Yummy!

That sounds great! Some nice relaxing couples time

Thats how my grandma always prepped cucumbers. I cant even smell vinegar without gagging lol I either sprinkle some salt on them or dip them in ranch

Dads doing ok, hes having a hard time getting his white blood cell count up so he actually had to skip a chemo treatment. They gave him a shot this week that should help stimulate his bone marrow into producing more cells

My brothers and I are going to pick up a brand new Harley for him on Friday. Hes always wanted one. He probably wont be able to ride it much but he'll be happy just sitting on it and starting it up. I cant wait to see him when we deliver it
