Hmm...

I'm all alone
All by myself.
There is no one here beside me
I'm all alone
Quite, all alone
No one to comfort me or guide me

Why is there no one here with me
On the long and winding road--
To lift my heavy load?
If there were someone here with me,
How happy I would be
But I'm alone--
Quite all alone
All by myself,
I'm all alone

Hi Bobbi

I'm never gone long ;)

Been playing games and eating, what chew been doing with yourself? :?:

Wandering around on the internet looking for something...
I'm not sure what, but something.
Found a mouse cozy pattern, can't remember how to knit though...
Was considering folding the laundry for lack of a better thing to do but I think my get up and go went in the other room without me!

Umm, party........ Is Bela gonna be there? That makes it a bit better, if you can enjoy it through their eyes. Fireworks and such a still special then. Fortunately we have no plan to go any place and don't expect to have anyone here.:)

    Ugh!

DS is throwing one here tomorrow starting at 2 in the afternoon for his friends and family. So, yes, there will be quite a few kiddo's here (encluding Bela of course). Not sure how many are old enough to enjoy the fireworks, providing they are even awake by then  The littlest one of our's (Lyriq) may be afraid of them  She's only a year old and kind of shy or something, still cries if I so much as look at her  :(

Ouch that is the kind of party I really can't enjoy. Fireworks are for the kids. I wonder if the sounds are too intense for her. I had a nephew that would panic when there was clapping or any kind of cheering at school programs and such. Our Bella could be next to the band and she loved it even as a small baby, now she is a bit more aware of volume. I still jump at sounds that others consider normal. It's so hard when they only want their parents when you would love to gather them up and just cuddle!

Yeah, I'm not really looking forward to having all those people running in & out of the house but DH wanted to do it I think so ... you know, just going with the flow  It would be different if I knew all of them.

And yes, I want to hold and cuddle little Lyriq, especially since she's the last grandbaby we get but if she doesn't want to be I'll just have to respect that I guess

I know what you mean. We've had a few of those parties when I really didn't feel like opening my house to all of the masses but did it anyway.

Maybe soon she will realize that Bela thinks you are ok and give you a chance. Either that or find something she is interested and use it for bait... I've noticed when you are having fun with one the other keeps watching until they just can't resist and have to come see what you have that is so good. Of course it doesn't work all that well when it is a huge group. You'll be in my prayers.

    Nope!

Awww, I'm sorry ... but just think. You've got three days now to recoup :)

Oh, I thought he was going to tell him that was off limits.

No, we're going to the lake to work this weekend. :) DH has the floor ready to grout. He said I get to learn how to use the sponge.
