Welsh, how is your granddad doing?
I promised a pic of the broomstick lace. A favorite of mine as it grows quickly and looks much more difficult than it really is. This morning it is about 5' X 18" The yarn is an obnoxious bumpy with a string of sparkle mixed in. I have 1 1/2 more skeins of the pink and 26 other skeins of different pastels and white all the same nasty stuff!

Ah yes, another good hobby! I have so many recipes I still want to try. Seems I find flavor ideas every place I look some days.
How are the ones you've made already turning out? Any good ones I should give a try?I managed to get dressed, make the bed and do the dishes before ECF and my yarn caught me so I guess it's a good day. Really should start a bit of laundry though. It is only supposed to be 84 today so it might be wise to get it done today as tomorrow is supposed to be back up in the 100s again...
