Ewww ... didn't mean to start
THAT conversation
.....good job.
Awwwh man! That's horrible!
We've had to stay on mom about her meds & letting us know if she needs help. Went with her to pick up some while I was at home the other weekend & it was $110 for 3 of them & she has about 10 she needs every month. With her having high BP & being borderline diabetic I have to keep telling her she has to get them & if she can't she needs to say something so we can help. One time she admitted that she was only taking 1/2 of some of them to stretch them out.
I'm so sorry she's going through this.
I just hate to hear that!!

I bet her story repeats all across the nation too.
In summation, it's pretty much about keeping the pockets of pharmaceutical companies lined & not necessarily about helping people get better unfortunately. Sad but true in my eyes.
Sorry MD. I know you didn't mean to start that convo so that's all I'm gonna say about it
That, and the fact that our lawmakers are pretty much exempt from most of the laws they pass, (when they can actually pass anything) and then, when they leave office, (or they're outed), they go to work as lobbyists.
Oh...reminds me, I need to go take my BP med.
It's hard these days Chim, I dropped one of my med's because it would cost me $230 a month to keep on it
That's a shame.
Evie, I grabbed your quote but it's not here.

I do that a lot.

I guess I miss checking it.

But "hi", sounds like you had a wonderful day!!!
Folks, I think I'm going to say goodnight. I'm pooped. Ready for the couch and a book or something.

So sweet dreams when y'all go.
