What would cause my keyboard to suddenly start typing number's instead of letter's making me have to restart my computer to fix it?
what anti virus program do you use....please don't say norton.....
well it could be a few things but nothing good....a virus, a worm, a keystroke logger
then again it could be something silly as accidently pressing the num lock key
Num lock is my vote as well. Is this your laptop, or computer keyboard?? If laptop, I strongly suggest you've somehow hit the number lock, or the keyboard is messing up on it. If laptop, you'll notice tiny numbers on the u i o j k l m keys. That's so you can use number lock and use those more like you would for 10 key calculating.

Uh ... let me contact Trevor and ask about that okay? He's the one that set's all that stuff up for me, I just make a mess ... like getting Norton stuck on my computer before
ugggg Microsoft security essentials is almost as bad as norton....
I use http://www.avanquest.com/International/software/system-suite-15-professional-115266 it's a pretty much fix all and one click wonder you don't really need to know anything, just install it and let it go and every now and then update it....once in a while open it and check that it says everything is 100%, if it's not just hit the fix it button and it'll pretty much fix most problems for you
and for those that are a bit more savy can go in and modify settings or pick and choose what you want it to do or not or even dig deeper and manipulate registry files and things it's a great program for those that have no clue and for the more advanced hehehe
if you like lemme know, I have 3 more installs available to use on my license I can send you the program and my reg key

It'll be ok. It'll probably take next Sunday to get the whole thing complete but once it's done then it's done so we'll just roll with the punches.

Go ahead & wind down. I'm going to hit the shower & lay down. Don't know if I'll fall asleep quite yet but I think it'll make my back feel a bit better.
