Good afternoon everyone. Good evening to you welsh. Finally got everything reset last night from the Time Warner Cable big snafu yesterday. Like a dummy I assumed it was equipment malfunction on my end. Had to reconfig the router and..and..and.
ALWAYS..ALWAYS..ALWAYS look to see if the "RECEIVE" light is lit up on the cable modem
Brain fart I tell you.
They blamed it on maintenance. maintenance always gets blamed.
Well back to grind.

Apparently J-Wraps used to make that same wrap for the Vamo but it doesn't appear to be in stock anymore

I hadn't gone to look yet. Lots of housework to catch up on before the girls come tomorrow! Amazing how a few days of being under the weather takes twice as many to catch up!

Plus, when my niece had her party for nail wraps I told her I would have a party for her...(yes, when it comes to her I have a large S on my chest, and it doesn't stand for superwoman either) Fortunately it is online so I don't have to worry about appetizers, drinks and all that good stuff. They are kind of handy because you peel it off a page, apply it, run a hair dryer over it and your nails are done and fancy. I used them when we went to KS and they were pretty good except you have the same fancy pattern even if you are looking like a bum...

DH always buys more bananas than a family of 10 could eat. I spend more time making banana bread than I care to admit! I'm sure glad I found that recipe that you just use a cake mix and bananas, its good and faster. Got three loaves now...banana bread anyone?

Um, would love the specifics on that. Love it when it's quick and easy.

Take 3 over ripe bananas and mash them in a big bowl. Add a box of cake mix (yellow or white) and stir it in. Put it in the oven at the temp listed on box directions. Take it out when it is golden. I brush the top with butter, but you don't have to. It only takes those 2 things, cake mix and ripe bananas.

Would that I could! Thank goodness the girls like it. I will miss Clay now that they moved up north, I don't have anyone to send extras home with!

I will be sending "invitations" out on fb for the party so you will be getting one! They say they stay on for 2 weeks but I only left mine on for one... I really only do my nails if I am going somewhere special. They also have little girl ones, the girls think they are awesome! Grandma is great when I do theirs! You get about twice as many on a kids and they get 2 patterns on theirs.

I may not be sending it right. There was a space for your name and one for an email. My niece had hers on fb and I never got an email, just an invitation to join a group. When I went to it and joined it showed up on the left side of my fb page. They had little contests for a week or so that were kind of good...I won a mini mani set, half sheet of wraps. It was ok. Her party is over though and the little group thing is still there... guess I should figure out how to get rid of it.

I don't mind if you don't buy anything. They are nice if you have somewhere to go but I don't think I would do them all the time. The sheet is good for more than 1 application but I only used them for the vacation. The rest are still there on the sheet.

I don't do much with mine either. I used to keep them up strictly because my nails were so strong they had to be soaked for a long time to trim them. When my thyroid slowed, they can be clipped and filed no problem. They use to look like long acrylics. I don't know how many times people asked me what kind of glue I used. I could bend them and they would just pop back. Now that they are getting my thyroid straight they are getting long again...that was one good point to having a messed up thyroid!
