Funny how one can "spot" another. I really miss her weekly radio show, and the forum. I never really participated at the forum, but loved to read there.
I also really miss Leanne's "Dinner Diva" radio show. Loved that one too.

I'm a firm believer of "dressed to shoes". I have to have my lace up shoes on, or forget it. Some don't think there's anything to it, and it may not work for all, but those shoes really speak to my brain.

Back in a few. Need to go eat.

I don't always get "dressed to shoes", I need to work on that but your right it does change your mentality about your day.

I missed the train. DH heard it, but not me.

Good morning everyone. I'm enjoying my extra day off this week. Alto I did have to make a trip to transfer some paperwork. Back home now. I think I'll toss in some jeans since the washer/dryer is empty. A rare feat around here. I'm enjoying a nice relaxing vape of redbull. I hear movement. Maybe I can be really quiet and get just a bit more me time. Happy Labor day to everyone.

My quiet time is about over. I need to start some laundry as well, and get moving.

I don't always do the hair and makeup portion of that, sometimes I do keep my flip flops on in the summer time, but the lace up shoes always help me get moving.

Vapors tongue can be part of bad sinus/allergies
Since our smell is part of taste
Take sinus/allergy meds, keep sinus cavities clear.
Brush teeth and tongue real well and rinse real well with minty mouthwash
Drink plenty of water
Try a new coil/tank
Try a new juice
it's been suggested
Drink lemon juice, hot sauce, eat jalapeños

Guess you missed the Mercola article this morning about how eating just one hot dog increases your risk of colorectal cancer by 21% (bastages, just can't keep those darn figures to themselves)
Oh well, at least I'll die happy. Not giving up the occasional dog.
