Here's a pic of my "boys". The second from the left is a young man that my DH took under his wing when he was adrift at 14 and talking about quitting school, he is 40 now and doing well. The pic is about 4 years ago.

from left to right: Bruce (aka DH), Paul, Clay (eldest DS), Dave (youngest DS)

I wanna be a cowboy, how cool do they all look!

Nice of ya DH to do that for Paul (guessing) not many that would offer a chance like that these days.

Television makes a cowboy out to be a harsh man who drinks a lot and curses constantly. That is an inaccurate description based on the men I know. A cowboy is a tough man yes, he cares about both man and animal and feels it is up to him to take care of both to the best of his ability. He may drink, DH and the eldest don't. He may curse though rarely around ladies, or children. Mine do love the flashy dressing and a good wildrag and nice boots are important to them. I suspect you would make a good cowboy Welsh and if you were here we would take you under our wing too!:wub::wub:

I'm ok just sore and tired I think I'm gonna ask for tomorrow off. I have to have one day off every 21 days and today is 14 days straight.

I don't blame you hon, I've worked several weeks straight before but NOTHING like you're having to do :(
Can't even begin to imagine how tired you must be and when in the world will you get time to do anything else?

    Well I guess so!
Yeah, eating, sleeping, and working doesn't make for much of a life no matter how much money you've got.
Seems like you either have money and no time to spend it or time to spend it and no money.

Good afternoon to all. Getting ready to head over to dad's with the pupdogs. I have been feeling pretty poor lately and just let me tell ya..........pulling brush out of the woods yesterday was not something that brought on any improvements. bahahahahaha Scratched up and sore but I see not signs of poison oak so I'm feeling good about that.

Hope everyone has a pleasant evening.

Here's a cute one for you if you like horses, this is Clay and Jamie's wedding. Of all the horses there only Clay's horse and 1 other isn't one of our horses. We kind of have a bunch...

    Afternoon all! :)

Bobbi - LOVE that pic!! Praying that you and DH have a new spot to "land" soon (out of the dust) ;). Besides, I'm sure your DH won't want to sit around too long. I'm sure he will want to be back in the saddle again soon (no pun intended).

Jeff - I couldn't do it. That is all. Just no way. I'm with Dale. I've done it, working holidays in the floral shop. Very, very long, wearing days, but most certainly not hard labor, or climbing. I've also done 6 days a week, 10 hour days with an hour each way commute. THAT was most definitely a time that you were earning all kinds of $, with no time or energy to spend it. But, again...for me, it was a desk job, so no hard labor, just very long stressful days. I was however SOOOOOOO VERY glad to see you had safety gear, and that you're tethered!! Not sure of the proper terminology, but you know what I mean. Also glad your device & end caps survived. GOODNESS!!!

Torey, I sure hope you get to feeling better!! This has been going on for awhile now. Did you go to the doctor?? I know I missed some pages last week. :( So forgive me if that was covered.

Dale, I tried my very bestest to nap (hard), and I may have dozed, but it surely wasn't for long. :( I can say I have gotten a lot of sleep this weekend, and have been sleeping very well since I started using the new Melatonin. That's been the very best money I've spent in a LONG time!!
