so so...a bit better after finally getting some restful sleep...
they put my daughter into sort of isolation, it's more like a time out...she sits in the corner while everyone else gets to watch tv and play games...now that the center isn't so much fun for her she's into begging and pleading and bribing to get out and come home
since she wasn't being honest about anything with anyone basically just telling people what she thought they wanted to hear, they took away her privileges to force her to have nothing else to do but sit and think and reflect on what is the real problem....but instead she's taking it as she's in trouble....she doesn't want to really deal with the real issues just the easy issues.

i know it is and honestly i'm glad they did that because if things kept going the way they were I was going to pull her out because it wasn't going to help her as it was really giving her exactly what she wanted...no school, time with others and at least 1 hour or more every day with just me and not her sister....

Shadav in the end this is the best way and she probably really needs the reflection time. She will go through many stages and usually anger plus I'm in trouble so I feel bad for myself comes first. She's young so it's got to be hard and confusing to her. Like GG said it'll take her time to cycle through everything and this also gives you time to get things together in your head with her away. This too shall pass and today is just a momentary small time frame of a long journey. With my son and his autism I just get so frustrated at times but sometimes it takes me minutes and other times days to move past things. I take things harder with Noah than I do myself and usually I'm focused on Noah and his Emotions than my own. We are all here for u and its always darkest before dawn

Try to believe Shadav, in the end she'll be a better person for it all. It's hard on the kid and the parent but like Jeff said, there are a lot of stage's to go through before you get there. Someday she'll thank youso so...a bit better after finally getting some restful sleep...

Bless your heart!! DH gets poison ivy really bad. Below in the link, is the only thing he's found that helps, and it works WONDERFULLY for him. It is something you need a prescription for, and I think it's a topical steroid, but DH SWEARS it's the best of the best of anything he's ever had. His is a liquid/lotion at 0.05% strength.

Well, I'm a tired pup tonight. DH opened the pool today, I helped, but honestly still didn't do a fraction of what he did. He also pressure washed the patio and back of the house. I went and got flowers for my 4 pots and got those set out. Started at 10 this a.m., finished just after 4, took a quick nap, and now I'm ready to eat, and VEG OUT on the couch tonight!!!
