Dale is it just a nose spay or the actual nasal rinse kits? I've used the baby saline sprays to help rinse my sinus cavities out but I don't think I could use an actual kit thing that you spray water up into the cavities....
machine? like a vics vaporizer? they work wonders....there's the cool mist kind (never tried) and then there's the vic vaporizers I use all the time practically since I was a kid, it puts out hot air (works just like e-cigs and you can buy liquid vics to put in it and that'll help keep your cavities open)
pseudoephed also came out with these little things you plug into the wall and can put this little pad in it that it heats up and releases vapor, those are ok but the vics vaporizers work the best.

Ohhhhhhhh! It's 8 ounces of nasal rinse you run through your nose

MY NOSE IS CLEAN!!! GAG!

The machine is a small thing with a mask you put your face in and boy does it ever get hot!

Goodness! I couldn't keep my nose in the mask for the full run
Hopefully I can work up to that 6 to 9 minute's

I'm a little bit afraid we would get a mold problem if I used a room vaporizer
