Awwwh! (((((HUGS)))))
My grandmother wasn't able to cook as much the last 2 years of her life & you could tell she missed it.
I was away at school in Michigan & every time I called or came for a visit she'd tell me she was going to fix my banana pudding
My GM was a tough woman but it was tough seeing her not be able to do what she loved to do. Before she cooked nearly everyday. And I won't even get into what the Alzheimer's did to her taste buds. She'd have a craving for something, eat it but of course it didn't taste right. She couldn't even enjoy her meals. Makes me sad to think about it.
