So sorry. I'm pretty use to it. Maybe you were so productive today, that you are over stimulated.
Possibly, I got my usual 4 hours though and I have to be up and about early anyway.

That's about what I get a day. Usually in the early morning. I don't think I really sleep to soundly even when I do.
My sleep issues have been most of my life but only bothered me the last 20 years. heehee
I get ya, I sleep ok when I get there, it's just staying asleep that's the problem
