I ended up grabbing a chicken wings basket with wedges. The sad thing is that I only ate 4 of the 7 wings. I waited too long to eat & now I'm paying for it.
Please do not rush, and please do not feel that you have to send me something, especially when your time is soooooooo very precious!!And Dale & Lori...please forgive me. I have packages for both of you but me & that USPS line were not compatible today. Yet another reason why I turn into the grinch! That line was out the door & around the corner. I promise I'll get your goodies off to you.

Good evening all!! Got caught up while I was eating, then was planning to post but decided to go start my bath water...then decided to run and go make the bed since I didn't this morning...( I wait until after work if I'm running behind )....then, while I was taking my bath...I remembered I was going to post before I took my bath!!
DH stopped by the store and picked up what we needed to make the new potato recipe, so I hope to do that tomorrow.
I left work at 4. This is our REALLY slow time, so we sometimes take advantage of it on Fridays, we usually take turns.
So far we've only had rain. The temp was hovering at 34, snow was supposed to start this evening. Depending on which station you listen to we are supposed to get 1 to 3 inches, or 3 to 5 inches, with around 1/10th inch of ice. We're supposed to be mid 30's tomorrow, so I doubt it's really going to amount to anything...for me anyway. I'm in for the night.

I'm right there with you dear. This couch feels amazing! I'm trying to rest as much as I can...when I can. Thankfully it'll all be over soon. It feels late to me too. Probably because I slept all of yesterday & not much last night.

Thanks for understanding. Between the line, standing all day & running around like a crazy person & this cold I just didn't have the energy for the USPS store & that line but I felt sooo horrible about it.
I need to finish the fringe on that scarf for MIL, wrap it and three other presents, and get them boxed to ship on Monday.
Other than that, just the usual. Laundry, a little cleaning...same ole, same ole.

And no sleeping on the couch. It's comfy but if I do for too long it kills my back & neck.
